Launched first phase of the Project Naming website, a project funded by the Department of Canadian Heritage through its Canadian Culture Online Program.

Interviewed by Global Television for their genealogy program Past Lives, which aired May 2005. They filmed Beth Greenhorn, Murray Angus and several students from the Nunavut Sivuniksavut Training Program (NSTP) looking at photograph albums and the website. Global Television also conducted individual interviews.
