Tok is a raven falsely accused of murder. Banished from his beloved Mount Storm, he goes on a quest to regain his honour. He sets out to find the Grey Lords. All he knows about them is that they are grey; they are wonderful singers; and they once helped the ravens hunt for food long ago. Tok discovers that wolves are the natural allies of ravens. With their good eyesight, the ravens scout for prey and the wolves let the ravens feed from the remains of their kill. But will Tok be able to convince the wolves to leave their home for Mount Storm?
