Comments on the reliability of the report he received on the Fenian Convention at Troy; on sending his agent to Buffalo next; on the identity of one Meaney. Enclosed: report by [Rudolph Fitzpatrick] to [Pierrepont Edwards] - unsigned (Troy, New York, n.d.), report on the Fenian Convention of 28-31 May 1867, naming the speakers and summarizing information gathered relative to intended targets of raids, arms and other resources.
