Forwards a report from his agent J. H., also sent to Sir John Michel. Enclosed: letter from "J. H." to Pierrepont Edwards (29 March 1867), reports on Fenian plans to march via St. Alban's and Malone against the fort at St. John's, thence to Ottawa and Montreal; the risk of their taking cannons and living off the country; and the Stephens-Roberts rivalry.
