Scope and content

The Canadian Government has made a mistake in checking immigration from England. Conversation between Lord Grey and Commissioner Coombs of the Salvation Army. Demand for agricultural labour in Canada. Details regarding transportation of immigrants to Canada by the Salvation Army.
