Scope and content

William Lyon Mackenzie King has assessed the compensation of Japanese persons for losses during the Vancouver riot and causes of the abnormal inflow of Japanese into British Columbia. Evidence that the Government of Japan was privy to the evasion of the understanding with the Government of Canada on the subject of immigration. Government of Japan ignoring Treaty obligations.
