Scope and content

Lord Grey launches his scheme to renovate the battlefields at Québec at the Women's Canadian Club of Montreal. Support of Lord Grey's proposals by English and French Canadian newspapers. Lord Grey presents a challenge trophy to the Symphony Society of Quebec and to establish a Quebec Battlefields Association under the patronage of the Governor General.
