Comment on report that Sir James Percy Fitzpatrick has accepted an office under Prime Minister Louis Botha of Transvaal Colony. Development of South Africa. Request to appropriate Federal money to erect a monument on Parliament Hill to the historic function of Robert Baldwin and Louis-Hyppolyte LaFontaine.
