Scope and content
A genre scene depicting a beach at low tide. Several figures walk along the shore into the distance. The figure closest to the foreground is seated on a [horse] carrying double baskets on it's back. A figure is standing next to one of two single-masted vessels sitting on the shore. Three tracks extend along the shore into the distance. Several figures are walking uphill towards buildings at the right. Overlooking the beach on a rise of land is a vertical shaft windmill. There are pieces of wood, rocks and a bollard with lines wound around the bottom on the beach as it rises towards the buildings on the right.
