"The Projection of this map is called Mercator's and it is laid down according t the newest and most exact observations by H. Moll, geographer, 1720."

"Sold by H. Moll over against Devereux Court between Temple Bar and St. Clements Church in the Strand where you may have his new and complete Atlas or set of twenty-seven two sheet maps bound or single. All compos'd and done according to the newest most exact observations. Sold by Thos. Bowles next ye chapter House in St. pauls Church Yard, John King at ye Globe in ye Poultrey near Stocks Market and John Bowles at the Black Horse in Cornhill."

Torn along bottom right fold line. Has adhesive tape along the back edges.
