Scope and content
There is a description taped to the back of the plaque. It reads: "This plaque was purchased from the grandson of the man named Pritchard, another printer who produced this prototype of a proposed series of metal pictures of Canada's Prime Ministers. The process is the same as was used for etching printing plates in reverse. It was not popular and the project was scrapped. This is the only piece survived."
