Scope and content
Album contains views of Ireland and Canada, belonging to Robert F.H. Bruce, who came to Canada with his elder brother Alfred in the late 1880s in order to work as an engineer on several railways, primarily those of J.R. Booth. The Canadian views are primarily in the Ottawa valley, including towns (Renfrew, Eganville, Carp, Golden Lake etc.) and the countryside.
